about me
Marco Serra is an Italian Chef and Culinary Consultant from Sardinia. He has worked in several restaurants and hotels in Italy and abroad (Perugia, Zagabria, Vienna, Atene). Marco has been working for the last 3 years as a culinary consultant and expert, organizing various corporate events in Greece with his professional team, including the Italian Embassy in Athens.
His cooking philosophy is based on fresh seasonal products, on the harmonious combination of different ingredients, on the respect for the original taste of raw materials and on the use of maximum 5/6 ingredients in his recipes.
